    Eligible result refunds

    When a 488 DMI Coins pick is officially marked MISS, PUSH (no profit), cancelled, or postponed, the unlock fee paid for that match is returned in full as DMI Coins under the existing product rules.

    What the refund covers

    The refund covers only the fee paid to unlock DMI content. It never reimburses losses, stakes, fees, or other costs from any external betting service.

    Guest purchases

    Guest purchases receive the same outcome protection. Where no account balance is available, contact support with the purchase receipt so the eligible unlock refund can be resolved.

    Subscriptions

    Subscriptions, if introduced, will have separate terms.
